3yo and Midwifery

So, the 8yo was telling the 3yo the joke about a mom having twins (you know the one where they're named "de niece" and "de nephew"). She hadn't gotten very far, and was describing a very painful labor. Whereupon the 3yo says "why did it hurt so bad? was the baby breech?" I don't think the 8yo got to finish the joke...
