VBACs

Attended a mom the other day who was attempting a VBAC. They chose a hospital setting, finding one of the only docs around who would *allow* VBACs. Mom's first baby was a c-section due to a breech presentation. Baby had flipped during labor. yes, that happens....happened to another friend just the other day! Sometimes it's caught *in time* and mom is c-sectioned. Sometimes it's *too late,* and baby is small, and birth proceeds as a breech birth. Anyway, the VBAC mom was successful and delivered a beautiful baby girl. I cried. She had worked hard, been patient, and was rewarded. Glorious!
