Peanut Butter Cookies

 This recipe is from my grandmother, Gusta Jordan

1 cup butter

1 3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 cup peanut butter

2 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp vanilla

Mix all together. Pinch into balls. Flatten with fingers or fork tines. Bake at 375 for 8-12 min
