Saturday Walk

I walked a bit later this morning. Later than usual. It was nearly 7am. Saturday. All was quiet on my road. No cars came by the entire time. No dust stirred up for me to inhale. No people. No birds close by, though I could hear them in the distance. A distant single engine airplane dotted the sky. A lone goose flew across the field. The cows were further away than usual, and even the horse was reclining. A lazy Saturday morning.
