Entertainment

Garnett is putting on a one-man play. She informed us it has about 5 acts, but each act is only about 2 minutes long.

Some of the best parts are when she is acting both characters simultaneously. She recites a line, then quickly jumps opposite and recites the answer. She even makes her own sound effects. This is keeping us in stitches!

So it opens with her receiving a letter from the king. "You have 3 weeks to determine if Shakespeare was real and if there is going to be another Shakespeare in the future. This is a decree from the King!"

We can't remember all the things that were said, but here are some....

""He walked thru fountains when he was in love??!!! This letter says that he did NOT walk thru fountains when he was in love! thank heavens!!"

Said in her best British accent (which she does very well since she listens to books on tape read by British actors. "how did we EVER let the Americans beat us?"

Acting as one player, she begins to walk and comments on the floor creaking. (she's walking on a cement slab, so we must imagine that the floor is creaking). The "actor" comments...
